Position Overview:
Join a global company in the renewable sector as a Sales Manager with experience in power grid technologies. You will build relationships with clients across large infrastructure projects, warehousing, manufacturing facilities, and mining. This role requires a focus on power intelligence, smart grid technologies, and green power solutions, with an emphasis on sales growth and market expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Development: Identify and source new tenders and business opportunities within the smart systems market.
2. Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture relationships with target clients, including large businesses and factories.
3. Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and threats in the power grid industry.
4. Sales Strategy: Develop strategic sales plans to achieve and surpass personal sales targets.
5. Proposals and Contracts: Prepare and present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
6. Collaboration: Work with the team to forecast performance and adapt strategies accordingly.
Experience Required:
* Proven sales experience in the power industry, focusing on power grid solutions.
* Strong network within the Australian renewable sector.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Ability to work independently and proactively as part of a team.
* Valid driver's license and willingness to travel nationally.
