ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Business Services & Tax Accountant to join a dynamic and professional team. This role will see you working closely with clients, providing expert financial and tax advisory services while ensuring compliance with Australian tax regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare financial statements, tax returns, and compliance reports for a range of clients.
* Provide tax advisory services, including GST, FBT, and income tax guidance.
* Assist with business structuring and tax planning strategies to optimize financial outcomes.
* Liaise with clients and regulatory bodies on tax-related matters.
* Support process improvements and ensure compliance with the latest tax legislation.
* Work collaboratively within the team to provide high-quality service and insights.
ABOUT YOU
* CA/CPA qualified or working towards certification.
* Proven experience in business services and tax compliance.
* Strong knowledge of Australian tax laws and accounting principles.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong client relationships.
* Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
