Quality Assurance Director
As a Quality Assurance Director, you will champion quality as a strategic driver of success. This role involves developing and implementing quality control processes to ensure services meet established standards.

This will include:
* Developing and implementing quality policies, procedures, and processes.
* Ensuring staff are provided with appropriate software tools, technical manuals, guidance materials, learning and technical support to perform engagements.
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
* Interpreting findings, deficiencies, and related root causes from monitoring and information-gathering processes.
Key responsibilities will include leading the Quality Management team for Advisory service line and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A bachelor's degree in business, management, finance, or a related field.
* Professional certifications such as Certified Quality Auditor (CQA), Certified Risk Manager (CRM), or similar.
* Strong knowledge of professional services standards and regulations.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Experience in quality assurance, risk management, or a related field with professional services environment.
