Hypothesis: One of India’s fastest growing creator-first & influencer marketing agencies, specializing in data-driven solutions to connect brands with the right audiences

OML Talent: OML’s legacy business representing over 90+ of the most influential creators, comedians, writers, and storytellers shaping India’s entertainment landscape.

OML Studios: India’s premier production house developing original IPs for leading OTT platforms. Also helps brands conceptualise and produce original IPs, manage syndication and licensing.

EighteenSixtyTwo: Bacardi’s offsite content and advertising agency, with campaigns in 20+ countries, delivering top-tier creative and content marketing solutions.

OML Sports: A creative content studio crafting high-impact ads, social media campaigns, and sportainment content for leading teams and leagues. We bring sports stories to life with innovative formats and audience-first storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of 4–5 talent managers.

Drive team performance, set KPIs, and track progress toward goals.

Identify training and development needs and foster a culture of continuous growth.

Talent Relations

Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with artists and creators.

Act as a key point of contact for escalations, negotiations, and ongoing management.

Strategically onboard new talent in alignment with business goals and brand fit.

Operational & Revenue Oversight

Monitor and drive team revenue targets and individual performance metrics.

Collaborate cross-functionally to maximize monetization opportunities.

Track and analyze talent performance, partnerships, and revenue data regularly.

Data & Reporting

Maintain accurate records and dashboards to track talent activity, revenue, and growth.

Use Excel and other tools to create reports and analyze trends.

Present data-driven insights to senior leadership and stakeholders.

Identify new areas for growth and improvement within the talent team.

Support organizational initiatives around talent acquisition, retention, and diversification.

Stay updated with industry trends, competitive landscape, and market shifts.

Requirements

5-6 years of experience in talent management, partnerships, or a similar client-facing role.

Proven track record of managing teams and delivering against revenue targets.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build lasting relationships.

Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, dashboards, formulas, etc.).

Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and data accuracy.

Experience working with artists, creators, or influencers is a strong plus.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities.

Leadership presence with a collaborative and solution-oriented approach.
