Job Description
The Customer Service Team Lead will oversee day-to-day customer service operations, manage a team of customer service representatives, ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, and assist with customer support.
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Team Lead located in Sunshine Coast, QLD. Responsibilities include monitoring performance metrics, providing coaching and training, and enhancing overall customer experience.
