- Lead operational priorities and strategic plans

Skills & Experience
- Proven leadership in child protection or OOHC
- Strong financial and operational acumen
- Expertise in therapeutic frameworks
- Ability to manage risk and compliance
- Must reside in Broome – relocation assistance available if required
- Relevant tertiary qualification and driver’s licence
