Your Role Support our industry leading B&D brand by providing excellent customer service and support across the entire business making no day the same! The purpose of this role is to contribute to a team of high performing consultants who are motivated to provide excellent customer service to our all-important customers via email, inbound and outbound phone interactions and other emerging channels. We enter orders with accuracy and efficiency, we effectively operate for our dealers and are here to support them in any way we can. We are the conduit between our customers and internal departments like Operations, Sales, Marketing and the wider H&A Centre and we advocate on their behalf to get the best outcomes possible. Customer Support Consultants are trusted by our Dealers to provide the best outcomes possible as well as advice, support and assistance on all things B&D. You will be a strong listener and strategic thinker to find the fastest and most effective resolution for whatever our customer needs. As a great team player, you will be hardworking and flexible and will be confident to work in a fast-paced environment.
