Positions
We are inviting dynamic, forward‐thinking professionals to join a team committed to innovation, partnership, and truly student‐centred learning. Roles available include:
* Academic Director of Clinical Placements (Professor/Associate Professor) – responsible for advancing domestic and international placement partnerships, contributing to accreditation sustainability and educational excellence.
* Assistant Professors (Level A & B) – supporting the Advanced Clinical Skills Program, the Clinical Placement Coach Program, and broader hospital engagement activities.
Responsibilities
* Lead the strategic growth of domestic and international clinical placement partnerships.
* Play a key role in accreditation, program sustainability, and educational excellence.
* Develop and implement clinical education programmes, including Advanced Clinical Skills and Clinical Placement Coach initiatives.
* Engage with health service partners to build and sustain collaborative relationships.
Qualifications
* Deep understanding of contemporary clinical practice and medical student learning in workplace environments.
* Strong commitment to scholarly engagement—including reflective practice, evaluation, and contributions to medical education research.
* Experience in assessment design, curriculum innovation and maintaining academic standards in higher education.
* Excellent communication, engagement and relationship‐building skills.
* Insight into health service environments and ability to work across interprofessional and interdisciplinary teams.

Salary
Salary ranges are negotiated commensurate with skills, qualifications and experience and attract 12% superannuation per annum. A clinical loading may be applied as appropriate; salary packaging options are available.
