About the Opportunity 
We are seeking an enthusiasticQuality & Improvement Auditor who will ensure that quality standards and procedures are met and aligned with customer service expectations. 
The position is required to verify compliance with policies, procedures and requirements, and assist the Quality & Risk Manager to determine measures and improvements required for a robust Quality Assurance (QA) environment. 
About You 
We are looking for an individual who has a real passion for delivering an optimum customer experience for both our clients and customers. 
You will be experiencedin managing general insurance claims, preferably in loss adjusting, with knowledge of both residential and commercial property claims, to understand, what ‘good’ looks like and you will then review the success of our operations, in delivering to that standard. 
Communication will be a strength,where you can convey key information clearly, through verbal and written mediums and you will have the ability to develop, review, and maintain metrics and quality reviews. 
Key Responsibilities 
Build and maintain strong and effective relationships with all stakeholders 
Provide practical recommendations that are solutions focused and aligned to Customer needs 
Promote service excellence within Crawford 
Carry out quality and performance file audits and recommend corrective actions to ensure delivery of best practice 
Provide effective feedback and coaching to Senior Managers to build continuous improvements for the customer into the claims lifecycle. 
Produce trend analysis and make recommendations to improve quality whilst maintaining high standards of operation 
Ensure the Company has appropriate systems of work in place and actively monitor and evaluate effectiveness 
Contribute to the implementation of the Work, Health and Safety management plan in conjunction with HR team 
Conduct inspections and workplace assessments where risks are identified 
Work in liaison with HR to foster and develop a positive culture supporting best practice for WHS across the Company 
Effectively prioritise work and meet deadlines. 
Communicate clearly and professionally 
Respond to requests for information, emails and telephone calls promptly and professionally 
Respond to changing circumstances by being innovative and altering behaviour to fit different situations; learn new skills, perform work in different ways 
Prepared to be versatile and prioritise focus according to business needs 
Work cooperatively with others and build effective working relationships to accomplish common team goals and objectives 
Demonstrate a willingness to transfer knowledge and skills as appropriate 
Key Requirements 
General insurance experience, preferably including experience in a loss adjusting role 
Demonstrated high level communication and analytical skills 
Demonstrated ability to develop, review, and maintain metrics and quality audits 
Highly motivated and self-directed 
Ability to build relationships and meet deadlines 
To produce high quality work 
Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
Analytical, numerate and accurate 
Strong work ethic and positive team attitude 
Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite of products including Word and Excel 
Qualification in a relevant discipline preferred 
Experience applied in a Customer service industry preferred.
