Senior Town Planner

This leading Town Planning consultancy has enjoyed significant growth over the past few years and is continuing to grow. The team enjoy a fast-paced environment where they are empowered to deliver for their clients without bureaucracy or ego's getting in the way. You'll work with and be mentored by some of the highest-profile planning experts in NSW and develop your career to the next level. The role will be tailored based upon your current experience level, skills and career goals.
Key responsibilities
* Constraints and opportunity analysis
* Advising on approval pathways including the Transport Oriented Development (TOD) Program
* Technical review and editing of reports and submissions to gain all relevant approvals
* Client communication
* Project management
* Mentoring less experienced planners
* Engaging and managing internal and external specialist consultants as required
The successful candidate
* Relevant Tertiary qualifications in Town Planning
* A can do attitude - this consultancy is all about solutions and value add for their clients
* Excellent communication skills and drive for continued development
* Planning experience gained within a consulting environment
