The role
Position Overview
Join us as a Customer Support Representative, where you'll become the go-to expert in parts sales, orders, deliveries, and warehousing. Even if you currently don't have the skillset, we will train you with Specific Komatsu OEM Training. We're seeking an exceptional team member who'll be the main point of contact for customer sales enquiries, ensuring our commitment to customer satisfaction.
Location & Schedule
Role Located: Port Hedland, WA
Roster: Monday to Friday + on call for some weekends
Responsibilities
- Become the go-to expert in parts sales, orders, deliveries, and warehousing.
- Handle customer sales enquiries and maintain highest customer satisfaction.
- Manage orders and coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams.
Qualifications
- Current Drivers Licence
- Demonstrated resilience and composure in pressure situations
- Ability to work as an active team member and without supervision
- Flexibility to work the hours required to meet the needs of the business
- Commitment to safety for yourself and others
