Our team is responsible for delivering high-quality claims management services. This includes managing income support, conducting assessments and assurances, processing payments and recoveries, and operating the Claims Contact Centre.
This role oversees a multi-disciplinary service delivery team, ensuring timely and effective delivery of critical claims management services. The Director reports to the Senior Director, Claims Operations.
To succeed in this position, you will need to possess strong leadership skills, as well as expertise in financial calculations and administrative activities related to claims management.
Mandatory qualifications include tertiary degrees in relevant fields such as finance, accounting, compensation, business, or management.
You will also require a Character clearance, Employee Health Declaration, six months probationary period, and ability to obtain Negative Vetting 1 Security Clearance.
