Pebble Mouse Maintenance & Construction Pty Ltd – Mandurah WA

Pebble Mouse Maintenance & Construction is seeking an experienced, organised, and proactive Office Manager / All-Rounder to join our growing team in Mandurah.

This is a hands‐on role suited to someone who thrives in a fast‐paced environment and enjoys supporting a small but dynamic team across administration, HR, accounts, document control, and office operations.

Working alongside management and supporting projects with major mining clients including BHP and FMG, this role will play a key part in the day‐to‐day operations and continued growth of the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Document control and maintaining project records
  • HR administration, onboarding, and employee compliance support
  • Payroll processing and timesheet coordination
  • Full Xero/MYOB accounts administration
  • Processing supplier invoices and reconciling statements
  • Managing accounts payable and receivable
  • Tracking project costs and maintaining budget spreadsheets
  • Tender and contract administration support
  • Executive support to General Manager
  • Coordinating bookings, inductions, and mobilisation documentation
  • Managing office communications, emails, and phone enquiries
  • Liaising with clients, suppliers, and site personnel
  • Maintaining registers, filing systems, and general office operations
Skills & Experience
  • Minimum 7 years' demonstrated experience in an Office Manager, Accounts Administrator, or similar administrative role
  • Minimum 5 years' experience using Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Minimum 7 years' hands‐on experience using MYOB, Xero, or similar accounting systems
  • Proven experience managing accounts payable and receivable functions
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • High level of accuracy, professionalism, and confidentiality
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment
  • Experience within construction, mining, labour hire, or maintenance industries highly regarded
  • Experience working with major mining clients or contractor environments highly regarded
