Requirements:
* Expertise and accreditation in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management, with a strong understanding of local construction regulations and industry standards.
* Minimum 5 years' experience in Quantity Surveying, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results and exceeding client expectations.
* Membership in an approved Professional Body (e.g., AIQS, RICS, CIOB) is highly desirable, demonstrating commitment to professional development and industry excellence.
