Overview
Peter Berry Consultancy (PBC) has a great opportunity for an experienced Consultant to join our Consulting Team. In this role you will drive the implementation of our best practice human capital solutions across selection and development projects, talent management, advice and research and client/ conference presentations. You will be responsible for growing client relationships in the southern region through effective account and relationship management.

PBC has offices in North Sydney, Melbourne, Auckland and Dublin and has experienced year on year growth. PBC works on the premise that science informs practice, and we therefore use diagnostics at the core of all our human capital solutions. We are the Australian and New Zealand Distributor for Hogan Assessments (USA) and use these assessments along with multi-rater (360) surveys, team diagnostics, data analytics, engagement, and safety surveys. PBC is also well known for our research and thought leadership expertise.
Key responsibilities
- Selection, development and coaching managers and executives
- Client group facilitation and presentations
- Leading and contributing to complex internal and external client projects
- Extensive external and internal stakeholder management
- Client account management
- Analytical and consultation skills
Skills and Experience
- Degree in Psychology or relevant discipline. Value placed on Masters of Organisational Psychology (or working towards)
- At least 2 years’ experience working in a similar or relevant role
- The application of psychometric assessments across the entire employee lifecycle
- Working across teams and with senior management to deliver client outcomes
- Building strategic client relationships
- High attention to detail and professionalism
- Certification in Hogan assessments is helpful, although not essential
