* We are seeking several professionals to join our claims teams across Australia in full-time, permanent positions.
Your responsibilities will include managing a high volume of inbound calls and correspondence, processing claims efficiently and delivering a seamless customer experience.
You'll be expected to proactively handle claims from start to finish, ensuring outcomes that align with business strategy and focusing on productivity, cost-effectiveness, and quality.

Induction and Work Arrangements
* Commencing you'll begin with a comprehensive, fully paid induction at one of the following offices.
* After a minimum of 3 months in the office you may be eligible for a hybrid role allowing work from home within the business requirements.
* You'll work Monday to Friday with shifts between 8:30am – 5:00pm local time.
