**About the Opportunity**
Campbelltown Hospital is currently in search of a Pharmacy Administration Officer (Level 3) to join their team within the welcoming and supportive environment of the Pharmacy Department.

The Pharmacy Administration Officer will play a pivotal role in providing secretariat support for meetings, ensuring efficient coordination by preparing minutes, agendas, and booking rooms as required. In this position, the Pharmacy Administration Officer will work with various stakeholders, including managers, pharmacists, technicians, and external customers. They will be relied upon to deliver timely and accurate information, providing invaluable support to managers regarding the status and progress of administrative tasks.

Through effective communication and attention to detail, they will contribute to the seamless functioning of the pharmacy department, ultimately enhancing the overall quality of service provided to patients and customers alike.

The primary purpose of the role is to provide timely and accurate administrative and clerical support services to Liverpool Hospital's Pharmacy Department.

**How to Apply**
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Previous hospital pharmacy experience or experience within a large hospital clinical department.
- Demonstrated ability in completing detailed tasks with high accuracy.
- Proven organizational and time management skills and the ability to priorities according to departmental needs.
- Demonstrated willingness and initiative to learn new tasks.
