Applications are invited from suitably experienced Registered Nurses to join the dynamic team in our Emergency and Critical Care Services stream at AWH. This exciting opportunity will focus on supporting staff in the management of patients exhibiting clinical deterioration and provide expert support to within the Albury campus AWH. This position will work closely with the Medical and Nursing leadership within the Emergency & Critical Care departments, with a strong focus on clinical leadership, quality improvement and risk management, clinical escalation, patient experience and education.

Candidates meeting the following mandatory criteria are encouraged to apply:

* Current Nursing Registration with AHPRA;
* Post Graduate qualifications in Emergency OR Critical Care Nursing,
* Well-developed leadership skills with the ability to collaborate within an interdisciplinary team and to consult, refer, liaise and negotiate on complex professional and clinical service issues;
* Demonstrated clinical leadership skills, commitment to patient / client focused care, and experience in providing complex care in the area of specified clinical practice / expertise.
* Extended autonomy of decision making skills and the ability to work effectively as an integral part of a multidisciplinary team.
