Job Title: Medical Frontline Representative
The organisation is seeking a skilled Medical Frontline Representative to join their team on a part-time fixed-term contract.
This role will involve representing the organisation as the first point of contact for patients, delivering high standards of service and responding to patient enquiries in an efficient and sensitive manner. Key responsibilities include:
* Representing the organisation at the front desk and providing exceptional customer service to patients.
* Answering telephone calls, responding to patient enquiries, and booking appointments while maximising available slots.
* Informing patients of relevant preparation requirements, costing estimates, and presenting relevant concession cards.
* Actioning patient referrals as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience working as a medical receptionist using patient entry or bookings systems, excellent communication skills, and a passion for quality patient care and the healthcare industry. They should also possess a keen eye for detail, the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, and proven competency with technology and multiple platforms.
