Based in Howlong NSW, Longford Civil is seeking a dynamic and drivenProject Engineer/Managerto lead the design, delivery, and governance of our civil projects.
Working closely with the Managing Directors, you'll oversee every stage of project execution — from estimation and procurement through to completion — ensuring excellence, safety, and client satisfaction.
About the Role
Leading the design, planning and resourcing of projects based on defined scopes of work
Preparing estimates, budgets and tenders to ensure commercial success
Overseeing project delivery to meet quality, safety, budget and timeline requirements
Managing compliance documentation and Quality Management Systems
Building and maintaining strong client relationships and fostering repeat business
Driving continuous improvement and operational efficiency across all projects
Providing leadership and mentoring to the operations and site teams
About You
Proven ability to manage multiple projects, budgets and teams effectively
Demonstrated understanding of WHS and compliance obligations
Strong client relationship management and negotiation skills
Advanced problem-solving and organisational abilities
Proficiency in project management and MS Office software
