About This Role
The Principal Education Officer is responsible for leading the operations of wellbeing and guidance services across Far North Queensland.
This involves coordinating and supporting the provision of guidance and counselling services, ensuring proactive and strategic implementation of student learning and wellbeing framework, and coordination of rapid responses to support schools.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and support Student Wellbeing and Guidance Services in the region.
* Foster high quality collaboration, communication, and information sharing to enable understanding of mental health and wellbeing complexities.
* Lead implementation of project planning from data analysis through to reporting.
