We're thrilled to source a Procurement Coordinator who will play a key role in ensuring seamless operations across procurement, supplier management, and warehouse coordination within this thriving organisation. As a Procurement Coordinator, you’ll take charge of sourcing goods, negotiating with suppliers, monitoring stock levels, and ensuring timely fulfilment of customer orders. This role will also see you working closely with warehouse staff, drivers, and internal teams to maintain efficiency across the supply chain. Opportunities to grow and progress within the organisation. Full-time position, Monday to Friday (No weekends). Work alongside dedicated warehouse, logistics, and sales teams. What do you do? Procure goods daily to fulfil customer orders. Research potential suppliers, compare and evaluate offers. Negotiate pricing and delivery terms with suppliers. Coordinate with drivers to arrange pickups. Track orders and ensure timely delivery. Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed. Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage. Track supplier back orders and follow up. Support warehouse staff in processing inwards goods. Answer office phones, assist customers, and support the external sales team. What do you need? Prior experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain coordination is ideal, but we’re also open to motivated candidates eager to grow their skills in this space. Strong supplier negotiation and relationship management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems (experience with Tencia/Xero is a bonus). High accuracy in data entry and order processing. Excellent time management and the ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
