We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our award-winning team.The core components of the role are:Delivering projects on time and on budgetManaging design, planning, procurement, logistics, and project deliveryCost control, budget tracking, and financial reportingIdentification and management of variationsSubmission of progress claims, invoices and managing payments and retentionsInterpretation of technical drawings and project specificationsSubcontractor and supplier managementCoordination and management of on-site construction activitiesCompliance with corporate policies/procedures and WHS regulationsWhat we need you to bring:3 to 5 years in a similar role managing end to end projects in AustraliaConstruction Management, Engineering, Insurance, or Project Management exposureKnowledge of cladding, façades, or tensile fabric structures is highly desirable but not essential.A quality and safety focused mindsetProcore experience is desirable but not essential.Why choose us?Fabritecture has an exceptional team of people who build iconic lasting structures.
