This role is ideal for:

Key responsibilities include:
- Managing renewals, endorsements, and new business opportunities.
- Providing tailored insurance advice to local clients.
- Liaising with insurers to negotiate terms and coverage.
- Identifying opportunities to grow and retain your portfolio.
- Working closely with internal support staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
About You
- Experience in general insurance broking.
- Tier 1 qualification (or working towards it).
- Strong communication and relationship‐building skills.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to manage your own portfolio.
- For step‐up candidates: solid exposure to renewals, quoting, and client interaction.
