In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with the Facility Manager - Clinical to ensure the highest standards of care delivery. **Responsibilities**:
- Mentor, guide, and support Care Coordinators.
- Provide clinical supervision to ensure adherence to best practices among staff.
- Evaluate and enhance the quality of clinical care through collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.
- Demonstrate clinical expertise and contribute to policy development and strategic planning.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in nursing or related field.
- Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) without restrictions.
- Minimum of 5 years nursing experience in aged care settings.
- Leadership experience in senior management roles within aged care.
- Familiarity with Aged Care Standards.
- Experience in developing and implementing clinical policies and procedures.
- Robust understanding of clinical assessment, care planning, and management of complex medical conditions.
