As we expand our operations in Port Adelaide, we are excited to invite enthusiastic individuals to join our growing team!About the role:As Supply Chain Coordinator, you’ll support the day-to-day coordination of port and rail logistics to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable operations.Coordinate daily movements across port, depot, and rail to meet service and freight targetsLiaise with internal teams, customers, and service providers to align on scheduling and capacityEnsure operational compliance with customer requirements and relevant regulations (e.g. NHVR, customs, port access)Assist with reporting, invoicing, and freight data to support service delivery and revenue accuracyMaintain accurate records and support planning, purchasing, and operational reporting activitiesSupport incident response and investigation processes as requiredAbout You:You’re a strong communicator who thrives in a busy logistics environment and enjoys working as part of a team. You’ll also bring:Experience in logistics, rail, transport, or supply chain operationsGreat attention to detail and problem-solving skillsUnderstanding of transport compliance requirements (e.g. NHVR, customs, port regulations)Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skillsExperience with freight or cargo management systems (desirable)Flexibility to work across changing priorities and operational demandsAbility to obtain a Maritime Security Identification Card (MSIC)Flexibility to work at short notice, including irregular hours and weekends when requiredWhat We Offer:At Aurizon, we support the development and growth of our employees.
