As Store Manager at Hush Puppies Eastland, you will lead the day‑to‑day operations of the store, driving sales performance while delivering an exceptional customer experience. What You'll Be Doing
* Lead, coach, and inspire a high-performing retail team to achieve sales targets and KPIs
* Deliver exceptional customer service and create memorable in‑store experiences

* Manage all aspects of store operations, including rosters, stock control, and visual merchandising
* Recruit, train, and develop team members to support succession planning
About You
* Proven experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Manager in a retail environment
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop a team
* A customer‑first mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding service
* Results‑driven with a strong understanding of sales, KPIs, and commercial performance
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
