We're a Gold Coast-based salon and online store, offering premium organic hair, skin, and beauty services and products. With 60 years' combined experience, our team is dedicated to exceptional service, natural products, and a welcoming, empowering atmosphere.
What You'll Do:
* Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across Facebook, Instagram, and email
* Coordinate and execute paid advertising campaigns (Meta, Google, SMS)
* Write newsletters, promotions, and website updates
* Manage and grow our email marketing campaigns (Klaviyo)
* Oversee our Shopify store promotions and updates
* Manage our loyalty and referral programs
* Track and report on marketing performance
* Brainstorm and implement creative campaigns to attract and retain clients
* Collaborate with our in-salon team to capture authentic content
* Respond to social media messages and engage with our community
* Stay on top of trends and suggest new ideas for growth
About You:
* Marketing experience (ideally in beauty, retail, or lifestyle)
* Confident with social media management (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
* Strong email marketing skills, including experience with Klaviyo
* Familiar with Shopify and e-commerce best practices
* Creative writing and content creation skills
* Experience with digital ads, SMS, and basic analytics
* Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects
* Friendly, positive, and a team player
* Bonus: Experience with Canva and WordPress
