We are seeking a seasoned business development professional to join our team. The successful candidate will have an established network in commercial real estate and a strong grasp of facilities management.


Key Responsibilities

* Developing and executing business growth strategies to meet sales targets
* Buidling and maintaining key relationships with clients in the commercial real estate industry
* Understanding client needs and tailoring solutions to meet their requirements
* Collaborating with internal teams to deliver high-quality services to clients
* Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
* Maintaining a strong knowledge of the industry and competitors


Requirements

* A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales or account management in commercial real estate and facilities management
* Strong understanding of facilities management and delivery of hard services
* Self-motivated, results-driven and able to work independently
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
* Understanding of self-perform/self-delivery models is encouraged
