Transformation Change Leader
The People & Culture Business Partner will work closely with executives to drive organisational change and manage people cyclical activities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Partner with executives to inform decision-making using data analysis
* Manage employee lifecycle events, including onboarding and offboarding
* Leverage data to drive business outcomes and improve organisational performance
Requirements
This role requires a strong analytical mindset, substantial experience in People & Culture, and a relevant degree. Candidates should be comfortable working in a hybrid environment.
While managing organisational change, the successful candidate will also need to have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
The ideal candidate will possess a high level of emotional intelligence, empathy, and understanding of diverse perspectives.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically are also essential for this role.
Additionally, the successful candidate will be proactive, flexible, and able to adapt to changing circumstances.
