Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Repair Coordinator located in Cranbourne West, VIC. The repair coordinators supports the effective delivery of make‐safe, repair, and rectification works across the business. This position supports job triage, coordination, scheduling, documentation, and stakeholder communication to ensure works progress efficiently, compliantly, and with a strong focus on service quality.
The role is required to work autonomously within agreed frameworks, manage competing priorities in a fast‐paced environment, and collaborate closely with internal teams, contractors, and clients to support end‐to‐end job delivery.
Key Responsibilities
* Preparing, issuing, and tracking work orders, documentation, and instructions to support timely job delivery.
* Communicating with trades and contractors to ensure observations, actions, and outcomes are clearly captured in written and visual form.
* Scheduling of site visits, appointments, inspections, and works.
* Preparing, reviewing, and processing reports, quotations, and supporting documentation for client and internal use.
* Supporting the preparation and management of pre‐start and compliance documentation, which may include contracts, permits, and related records.
* Liaising with clients and customers via phone and email to provide updates and respond to enquiries throughout the job lifecycle.
* Maintaining accurate records, systems, and workflows to support visibility, compliance, and reporting.
* Managing workload independently while escalating matters appropriately in line with agreed processes.
* Undertaking general administrative and coordination tasks as required to support team and business outcomes.
Capability Requirements
* Experience within the strata, insurance, building, construction, or maintenance industry is desirable.
* Exposure to job management systems or workflow‐based platforms (Prime Eco or similar) is advantageous.
* An understanding of worksite safety and compliance requirements is beneficial.
* Demonstrated ability to prioritise tasks, manage multiple workstreams, and remain organised under time pressure.
* Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with a range of stakeholders.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and confidence using digital systems and web‐based tools.
* A flexible and adaptable approach, with a willingness to adjust to changing responsibilities and ways of working.
