We are seeking a Settlements Team Leader responsible for overseeing verification processes within the Settlements Team, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and operational efficiency. This role involves leading a team, conducting monthly quality assurance reviews, performing daily quality checks, and providing guidance, training, and support to team members.
You will also be tasked with identifying process gaps and implementing improvements to boost overall efficiency. The role requires optimizing workflows and ensuring SLA targets are met consistently. Strong leadership, analytical skills, and a proactive approach to continuous improvement are essential for success.
Key Responsibilities Quality Assurance & Compliance Team Leadership & Development Performance Monitoring & Reporting Process Improvement & Technical Support Escalations & Issue Resolution: Act as the primary escalation point for verification issues Support for Day-to-Day Operations Key Qualifications Minimum of 3-5 years of people management experience within the finance industry.
