Senior Sales Leader Opportunity
We are seeking a highly experienced and passionate Senior Sales Leader to drive sales strategy for a purpose-built conference venue in the Macedon Ranges. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in MICE/hospitality, established networks across Melbourne's corporate and conference markets, and a track record of meeting and exceeding KPIs.
About the Role:
* Drive Sales & Growth: Generate leads, secure new business, and deliver against revenue targets
* Building Key Relationships: Develop and maintain strong client connections across corporate, MICE, and agency markets
* Marketing & Promotion: Contribute to campaigns, attend industry events, and conduct site inspections and famils
* Sales Negotiation & Conversion: Craft proposals, negotiate contracts, and convert opportunities
* Performance & Reporting: Monitor KPIs, analyse trends, and refine strategies to optimise results
Requirements:
* Proven experience in a Director of Sales or Sales Management role (MICE/hospitality experience essential)
* Established networks across Melbourne's corporate and conference markets
* Results-focused with a track record of meeting and exceeding KPIs
* Skilled negotiator with strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking
* Excellent relationship management and client service skills
* Motivated and proactive, with a positive, team-first approach
* Possession of a valid driver's license
