What you’ll do
Working in a holistic, multidisciplinary environment, you’ll lead best‑practice podiatry care while helping to advance our service through innovation, clinical excellence, and strong team support. You’ll be trusted to make a valuable impact by:
* Providing clinical supervision, mentoring and day‑to‑day guidance to our Podiatry team.
* Leading by example through the delivery of high‑quality, person‑centred podiatry services that support customer goals and wellbeing.
* Developing and refining clinical guidelines, models of care and procedures to strengthen service delivery.
* Contributing proactively to risk management, quality improvements, auditing processes, budgeting and strategic service growth.
What you’ll bring
* A tertiary qualification in Podiatry and current AHPRA registration.
* Demonstrated experience providing podiatry services in an aged care setting, including assessment, diagnosis and treatment.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to genuinely connect with staff and customers.
* Contemporary knowledge of allied health practices and approaches.
* A driver’s licence and access to a roadworthy vehicle.
