The Opportunity Reporting directly to senior leadership, the Marketing Manager will take ownership of a portfolio of healthcare and allied health clients while leading a team of marketing professionals across strategy, performance marketing, content and digital delivery. You will act as the senior point of contact for key clients, providing strategic guidance, overseeing campaign performance and ensuring exceptional service delivery across the business. The role requires a commercially minded leader who can balance client engagement, team leadership and operational excellence while maintaining a strong focus on growth and client retention. Key responsibilities include: Leading and developing a team of marketing specialists across multiple disciplines Owning client strategy and ensuring delivery aligns with commercial objectives Acting as the senior escalation point for key client relationships Leading client meetings, strategic reviews and performance discussions Driving accountability, performance standards and delivery quality across the team Identifying growth opportunities within existing client accounts Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure campaigns are delivered effectively Improving internal processes, reporting frameworks and team capability Supporting business growth through referrals, networking and client retention initiatives About You The successful candidate will bring demonstrated leadership experience from within a marketing, digital or advertising agency environment.
