Regional Cricket Development Officer Role

The Western Australian Cricket Association seeks an experienced professional to develop and implement strategic initiatives that drive cricket participation and growth across the Mid-West Region.

* Promote collaboration between regional stakeholders, schools, clubs, associations, and local government to achieve aligned outcomes.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, facilitating access to resources and opportunities.
* Create and implement junior participation pathways, from grassroots programs to senior competitions.
* Provide coaching and support to club and association staff on program delivery and stakeholder engagement.

The successful candidate will require:

* Current Community Coaching Accreditation (Level One), or equivalent.
* Relevant experience in community sport development and program delivery.
* Demonstrated ability to network and engage with diverse stakeholders.
