Permanent Full Time

Hervey Bay

Operations Level 5 - $71,041 per annum
* annualised allowance of $2,759
* superannuation
* 9 day fortnight

What We Are Looking For

We're looking for a reliable and experienced Water Industry Plant Operator/Labourer to assist in maintaining and constructing water networks. The ideal candidate should be able to perform manual labour tasks, work safely in confined spaces, and have a strong commitment to workplace health and safety.

What Your Day Will Look Like
* Contribute to the undertaking of construction/ maintenance activities by operating a range of machinery and equipment e.g. excavators, bobcats, vacuum excavation.
* All maintenance and repair of water infrastructure undertaken to quality standard
* Assist in the construction and installation of water assets to quality standard

What You'll Need For Success
* Current machinery/plant license and/or VOC for bobcat, excavator
* General Construction Induction Card (White Card)
* Current Hepatitis A, Hepatitis B and Tetanus immunisations (or willingness to undertake immunisations within one month of commencement)
* MR truck license (or ability to obtain within 3 months of commencement)

* Basic Computer Skills
