About the Job:
* Manage daily operations, ensuring seamless delivery of services to customers.
* Coordinate job schedules for five technicians, utilizing technology to streamline processes.
* Communicate effectively with clients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency.
* Strategically allocate tasks based on technician skillsets and location.
* Utilize software tools, such as Xero, for invoicing and tracking purposes.
* Support backend operations, identifying areas for improvement.
Requirements:
* Excellent communication and leadership skills.
* Experience in operational coordination, scheduling, or similar roles.
* Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and prioritize tasks effectively.
* Proficiency in using technology, including platforms like Google Calendar and CRM tools.
