We are seeking a creative early childhood educator with a passion to nurture learners and foster friendships.
You will work collaboratively as part of a community of learners, providing high-quality care and educational experiences for children in our care.
As Lead Educator, you will be responsible for maintaining health & safety standards, developing and implementing engaging educational programs, mentoring educators to plan meaningful learning experiences, overseeing centre Storypark posts, and providing constructive feedback to promote improvement.
About You
A certified professional in Early Childhood Education and Care with current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis Certificates, approved working with children Check, and experience in leading curriculum development.
Key Skills And Requirements
* Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
* Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis Certificates
* Approved working with children Check
* Demonstrated passion for nurturing learners
* Experience in leading curriculum development
* Strong written communication and literacy skills
