Are you ready to take the reins as Senior Project Manager on one of WA’s largest bulk earthworks projects? This is your opportunity to lead the delivery of over 4 million cubic metres of earthworks in the iconic Pilbara pindan soil, driving one of the most ambitious greenfields civil projects in the region with a nationally recognised civil contractor.
As Senior Project Manager, you’ll oversee the full delivery of this high-value bulk earthworks package, from planning and cost control through to execution, safety, and client interface. You’ll manage a skilled delivery team of Engineers, Supervisors, and support staff, supported by an extensive contemporary plant fleet and robust systems to achieve exceptional project outcomes.
What You Bring
- Proven track record delivering major bulk earthworks or civil infrastructure projects in the Pilbara Pindan soil ($50M–$100M+) for civil contractors
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities
- Commercial and contractual acumen across project delivery phases
- Experience driving productivity, safety, and quality in high-performance teams
- Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills
