Your new role
An opportunity is available for an experienced Marketing and Communications Advisor to support during a peak period. This short-term autonomous contract will focus on day-to-day marketing and communications activity, ensuring brand consistency and supporting the delivery of planned campaigns.
Key responsibilities will include monitoring and managing social media channels, rolling out established brand assets across multiple platforms, supporting campaign delivery, and producing clear, concise copy for a range of communications materials. You will work within existing frameworks and guidelines, contributing to timely and effective communications outcomes. This is an 8-10 week assignment with potential longer-term prospects commencing mid-January, ideal for a marketing professional who can hit the ground running in an autonomous role.
What you'll need to succeed
* Demonstrated experience in marketing and communications, ideally within a public sector or similar environment
* Experience monitoring and managing social media channels in line with brand and governance requirements
* Strong copywriting skills, with the ability to produce clear and accurate content across digital platforms
* Experience rolling out established brand assets and working within brand guidelines
* Ability to support campaign activity and manage multiple priorities within tight timeframes
* Strong attention to detail and stakeholder engagement skills
* A National Police Check (NPC) is required for this role.
