Key Responsibilities
We are seeking a skilled Financial Controller to oversee the preparation of financial reports and attend to the month-end close process.
* Financial Planning and Analysis: Analyse financial data to monitor costs, identify variances, and recommend strategies to improve efficiency and profitability.
* Financial Compliance: Ensure all financial records comply with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies.
* Balance Sheet Reconciliation: Attend to Balance Sheet reconciliations for the legal entity.
* Team Collaboration: Participate in regular project and team meetings to improve understanding of the operations and business.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical and communication skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
* A degree in Accounting or Finance is required, with relevant professional certifications a plus.
* Proven experience in financial planning, analysis, and reporting, preferably in a similar role.
* Strong technical skills, including proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office.
