Therapeutic Services Manager
This key leadership position oversees and integrates service areas to deliver high-quality, culturally safe services. The role involves strategic leadership, quality assurance, risk management, and operational framework development.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Provide strategic direction across therapeutic service areas, ensuring compliance with accreditation standards and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Develop and maintain a responsive operational framework aligned with the organization's strategic plan. Exercise delegated authority to make informed decisions in line with organizational policies and procedures.
Key Selection Criteria:
* Demonstrated ability to lead and develop the Family and Community Services team, including staff development and change management activities.
* Effective communication, consultation, liaison, and negotiation skills to achieve project objectives and goals.
* Experience working independently to plan activities and set priorities that achieve objectives and meet deadlines.
* Comprehensive understanding of issues affecting Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people, particularly those relevant to Family and Community. Knowledge of current national and state government strategies and initiatives.
* Ability to provide inclusive services and engage in cultural learning to improve relationships and services.
