Call Centre Consultant
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our organisation as a Call Centre Consultant. As the first point of contact for our Members, you will play a vital role in delivering a calm, compassionate, and efficient response during times of stress.
About the Role:
* Respond to incoming calls from members in a professional and empathetic manner.
* Provide high-quality customer service to maximise member experience.
* Effectively problem-solve and provide solutions for customer enquiries with minimal requirement to escalate issues.
* Work effectively with other team members and provide input to improve productivity.
* Adhere to monthly KPIs and call standards.

Requirements:
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, call centre environment.
* High level of attention to detail & ability to multitask.
* Professional telephone manner with the ability to demonstrate empathy.
* Strong knowledge of Adelaide metropolitan and SA country areas.
* Proficiency with MS Office software, database systems, and strong data entry skills.
* Excellent communication skills which demonstrate an authentic & natural flair for quality customer service.
