Deep-dive project reviews.Business Unit management reporting to Corporate finance in a timely manner including variance analysis commentaryDraft initial project setup in SAP for Corporate finance review & release incl suggested Delegation Of Authority roll-downsAssist project leads with claims, process billing, chase overdue debtorsAssist project leads with supplier & subcontractor setup and procurementCost reviews including utilisation, timesheet allocations of people & plant, employee movements, subcontractor cost vs forecast, etcUnderstanding of the overall project development requirements and stages of projectsWorking with other Business Unit and Corporate finance to streamline processesKnowledge, Skills and AttributesTertiary qualifications in Accounting or Commerce (or industry equivalent)Full membership CA/CPAProven Project Accounting and/or Commercial background in a projects-based businessAnalytical skills balanced by an understanding of how businesses and contracts runStrong communication skills, written and verbal, with the ability to liaise with key stakeholdersHigh level of accuracy and attention to detailRail track construction experience highly favourableTo apply online, please click on the appropriate link below.
