We are looking for a Procurement and Logistics Coordinator to keep our supply chain running smoothly – from sourcing products and managing stock to coordinating deliveries and suppliers.
This is a hands-on role in a busy meat processing and wholesale business where no two days are the same. If you thrive in faced paced environments and enjoy coordinating multiple moving parts, we want to hear from you.
About the role
This position plays a key role in ensuring the right products are sourced, ordered and delivered efficiently across the business.
This includes:
* Managing supplier orders and procurement processes
* Coordinating incoming stock and logistics scheduling
* Monitoring stock levels and assisting with inventory control
* Liaising with suppliers, transport providers, and internal teams
* Ensuring orders are placed accurately and on time
* Resolving supply or delivery issues quickly and efficiently
* Maintaining accurate purchasing and logistics records
* Supporting operational teams with product availability and planning
About you
We are looking for someone with an eye for detail, organised, practical and result focused. You will enjoy building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
What you will need:
* Experience in procurement, purchasing, logistics or supply chain coordination
* Strong administration and data entry skills
* Excellent organisational and time-management abilities
* Confidence communicating with suppliers and internal teams
* High attention to detail
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
* Experience in food production, manufacturing, or wholesale environments (desirable)
