Practice Operations Manager – Women's Wellness Centre
Geraldton, WA
Join the leadership team at Desert Blue Connect
Lead With Purpose. Drive Systems That Change Lives.
This is not your average Practice Manager role.
At Desert Blue Connect, we work alongside women and families experiencing family and domestic violence, homelessness, trauma, health inequity and significant disadvantage across the Mid-West and Gascoyne.
We believe women deserve safety, dignity, autonomy and access to high quality support.
We are looking for an exceptional Practice Operations Manager to help lead that work.
This role requires someone who can hit the ground running and confidently lead in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment. The candidate must be commercially and operationally sharp, yet deeply people-focused, understanding that behind every KPI, report and system is a woman seeking support, safety or healthcare.
You'll be joining a passionate, values‐led leadership team committed to improving outcomes for vulnerable women and strengthening services across regional Western Australia.
About the Role
The Women's Wellness Centre is the central access point for integrated clinical and support services, delivering trauma-informed women's health care to women across the region.
As Practice Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal leadership role in ensuring our services are efficient, sustainable, innovative and responsive to community need.
You will oversee operational performance across the Centre, support multidisciplinary teams, including supervision of the Refuge Coordinator to strengthen integration between health, wellbeing and crisis response services, and develop strong data and reports.
This is a role for someone who thrives on variety, can pivot quickly when priorities shift and enjoys balancing strategy with hands‐on operational leadership.

* A flexible, proactive and adaptable approach
* A genuine commitment to supporting vulnerable and at-risk women

* Contribute to organisational planning, growth and future service development
About You
You are someone who loves systems, thrives on solving problems and can confidently manage the operational engine room of a complex service environment. You are equally comfortable analysing finance and reporting data as you are supporting staff and responding to emerging operational issues. We are seeking a leader whose values align with our woman-centred, trauma-informed and pro-choice approach to service delivery.
Highly Regarded
* Relevant tertiary qualifications in business, management, leadership, health administration or a related field
