ABOUT YOU
No optical experience? No problem! If you have strong retail, fashion, or customer service experience, we'll provide the training to help you succeed in optical dispensing.
Essential Attributes
* Robust retail experience (optical experience is a plus but not required)
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Confidence in styling and an eye for colour coordination
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
* Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills
Desirable Attributes
* Previous experience in optical dispensing or a related field
* An interest in fashion and eyewear trends
* Comfortable engaging with social media platforms
* Proactive and enjoys problem-solving in a retail setting
* Ambition to pursue formal optical dispensing qualifications (training provided)
ABOUT THE ROLE
In this role, you will be a key part of our team, helping customers find the perfect eyewear while delivering an outstanding in store experience. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
* Assisting customers in selecting frames and lenses that suit their style and needs
* Providing excellent customer service and building strong patient relationships
* Handling sales transactions and ensuring a smooth retail experience
* Staying up to date with eyewear trends to offer informed recommendations
* Supporting general administrative and reception tasks as needed
* Helping maintain store presentation and organisation
