We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Client Reporting Consultant to join our Computershare Plan Managers (CPM) team, based in our Yarra Falls office. If you're looking for a job that challenges you and gives you opportunities to grow, you've found the right role.
CPM is the division within Computershare that is responsible for providing administrative services, project management and plan design to Plan Manager clients and their individual employee share plan holders.
**A role you will love**
The Client Reporting Consultant is responsible for working directly with clients to identify solutions based on understanding and supporting their business reporting requirements. Throughout the client engagement, the role holder provides consultation, guidance and feedback in order to support the client's achievement of objectives.
You will work collaboratively with both internal stakeholders and clients and support clients in obtaining optimal value from their data via training and continuous improvement.
**Some of the other key accountabilities**:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing customized reporting/technical solutions
- Analyse data and present insights to clients in a clear and concise manner to maximise the impact of our services
- Key contributor to gathering & developing our report offering, both short and long term
- Utilise change management techniques to develop sustainable scalable solutions across all clients
- Provide training to users ensuring optimal value from reporting
- Continuously improve reporting processes and contribute to the development and implementation of best practices, to drive efficiencies and customer service
- Regional support for both internal and external escalations
- Develop and maintain networks internally and externally to gain insight and keep abreast of industry trends. Anticipates business challenges and makes recommendations to mitigate risk
**What will you bring to the role?**
You will require experience working within the financial services industry and in a client-servicing environment/sector.
**Some other key skills that you'll have**:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities and advanced Access, Macro and Excel skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
**Desired qualifications and experience**:
- Experience working with and producing complex data
- Experience in collaborating with and influencing clients
- Knowledge of Share Plans business & the associated regulatory environment (preferred)
