Key Responsibilities
1. Greeting clients and visitors in a warm and professional manner
2. Managing incoming calls and directing enquiries
3. Handling walk in's, appointments, and general administrative tasks
4. Maintaining a clean and organised reception area
5. Supporting the wider team with ad hoc administration duties
About You
6. Well-presented with a professional and friendly demeanour
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
8. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
9. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy environment
10. Previous reception or customer service experience preferred
